I like this track a lot, but there’s an unholy amount of distortion from an unknown origin. I made it in a DAW which I no longer use, so I can’t do anything to fix it. Won’t make it onto the next album, so here you go.
My good friend and fellow musician Dan Wall (of Danswall) and I are planning out a small “tour”, if you will, around St. Louis. We will be working together to perform each other’s music, taking the next month to prepare and rectify our tracks for the stage. Given the nature of our music-making method, one might assume that we’ll just be twiddling knobs and poring over a computer. However, we are transcribing the music to be played on organic instruments as well (bass, guitar, drums). We are collecting archive footage to mash up and serve as some visual entertainment. We have not found a venue and no dates have been set up.
As far as my music goes, I’ll be playing mostly unreleased tracks from a forthcoming album as well as a couple of “old” tracks.
